What the role is

Support the Deputy Director to champion process optimisation initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency and drive systematic improvements across logistics operations.

What you will be working on

  • Lead technology adoption and operational transformation initiatives to elevate warehouse performance standards, including:

  • Implement RPA solutions to automate inventory replenishment forecasting and contract utilisation tracking.

  • Perform data analytics to enhance inventory management practices and achieve cost optimisation.

  • Transform logistics workflows and operational procedures to establish effective warehouse management practices.

  • Redesign asset disposal workflows to minimise storage footprint and improve space utilisation;

  • Plan, and deploy automated mobile robots optimally

What we are looking for

  • At least 3-year continuous experience in operations management, logistics management, or technology deployment

  • Proven track record in planning and technology transformation initiatives

  • Proficient in RPA platforms and automated robotic systems

  • Background in data analytics and process re-engineering within warehouse environments

  • Good communication abilities and proven stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
