As a (Senior) Manager for Grant Management in the Research and Management Information Division, you will support the Corporate Research Office to: (i) formulate and operationalise policies and processes related to the Research, Innovation and Enterprise 2025 (RIE2025) Human Potential Research Programme and Education Research Funding Programme (ERFP); and (ii) carry out education research policies functions.

What you will be working on
• Support the administration of Science of Learning (SoL) and ERFP grant call, set priorities for each cycle, and evaluate proposals
• Engage Scientific Advisory Board and International Expert Panel comprising world-renowned researchers in education research, neuroscience, cognitive science, technology, early childhood and maternal health and wellbeing
• Provide secretariat support for senior management meetings and organise engagement events to drive MOE’s education research strategy, including the development and review of the MOE-wide research agenda
• Manage a portfolio of research projects, including monitoring research deliverables and progress, as well as managing their performance
• Assess and process data collection and publication requests
This is an individual contributor role. We welcome individuals with or without work experience to apply for the position

• A meticulous and resourceful individual with the ability to work well independently as well as in a team
• Strong numeracy and quantitative analysis skills
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholders’ engagement skills
• Prior experience in grants, research management or research would be an advantage
