As a Personal Assistant, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to your principal (e.g. Political Officer Holder, Senior Management Team, Divisional Director) to ensure smooth daily operations at the assigned office at the Ministry’s Headquarters.

What you will be working on
• Plan and manage the principal's calendar
• Assist in the travel logistics for official overseas trips
• Co-ordinate and arrange meetings that includes booking of appropriate venues, circulating meeting materials and coordinating with participants
• Oversee office administration through implementing efficient filing systems
• PA deployed to support Divisional Director may be required to provide administrative support for the division and/ or support more than one principal
What we are looking for
• Good organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Relevant experience in the Public Service sector would be preferred
