As a Protocol Officer in the Planning Division, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of official overseas visits, as well as local visits and events involving foreign guests.

What you will be working on
• Handle hospitality and logistical arrangements for overseas trips involving MOE’s political heads and senior officials, as well as for local visits and events involving foreign delegations
• Work with relevant MOE divisions, educational institutions, and external stakeholders, including vendors, to support the planning and execution of visits, events and trips
• Provide advice on protocol matters, including etiquette, precedence, and procedures for official engagements
• Manage follow-up actions after visits or trips, including documentation and record-keeping

What we are looking for
• A dynamic and detail-oriented team player with good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds
• Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to synthesise information and anticipate operational needs
• Relevant experience in protocol-related work in the public service would be an advantage
