What the role is

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Shared Services Senior Manager to lead the efficient delivery of HR services across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality, consistent, and scalable HR support to employees and business leaders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in HR operations, a passion for process optimization and good leadership skills.

What you will be working on

Team lead to deliver the following:

1. Service Delivery Management:

  • Ensure consistent and timely delivery of HR services, such as employee data management, benefits administration, onboarding, and offboarding.

  • Establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) to meet organizational expectations.

  • Monitor and resolve escalated issues promptly, ensuring excellent employee experiences.

2. Process Improvement and Standardization:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.

  • Standardize HR policies, procedures, and workflows across the organization.

  • Leverage technology and tools to optimize service delivery.

3. Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure HR operations comply with public service rules/regulations, laws, data privacy regulations, and company policies.

  • Mitigate risks by implementing strong controls and regularly auditing HR processes.

4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and report on HR shared services performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Analyze trends and provide insights to drive data-informed decisions and strategic improvements.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR shared services inquiries from employees, managers, and other HR functions.

  • Collaborate with HR business partners and HR specialist functions to align services with organizational goals.

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners for payroll, benefits, and other HR services.

What we are looking for

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in HR operations or shared services management, with a strong understanding of HR processes and systems.

  • Proficiency in HR technology, including HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, or Oracle).

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on process optimization and data-driven decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
