Senior Manager (Campaigns & Outreach), FLG/PTR

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Senior Manager to join our team to develop partnerships with industry stakeholders and volunteers and organise national campaigns to promote and strengthen families. This role combines creative event planning with relationship building to enhance our brand presence and achieve business goals. Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events including carnivals, networking sessions and corporate functions. • Manage all aspects of event logistics from venue selection and vendor coordination to budget management and post-event evaluation. • Develop event concepts that align with organisational objectives and target audience needs. • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and with external suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery. • Build and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders and develop partnership proposals that demonstrate mutual value and benefits. • Assess and analyse the effectiveness of events and partnership initiatives, incorporating feedback and market insights to refine strategies for greater impact and sustainability.

• Relevant degree in any discipline. • Preferably at least 5 years’ experience in event management. • Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written). • Resourceful with strong organisation skills. • Meticulous and able to multi-task. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
