Families are the bedrock of our society. The goal of Family Life Group (FLG) is to build strong and resilient families, supporting them through all life stages. As the central coordination division for FLG, the Operations Planning & Transformation (OPT) division is responsible for ops strategy, corporate planning, transformation, data and digitalisation, capability development and engagement strategies for FLG.
What you will be working on
Reporting to the team lead (Senior Assistant Director), you will be part of the Operations Planning & Excellence (OPE) Branch that oversees the FLG’s workplan and transformation plans, in order to enhance customer experience, improve service delivery and programme effectiveness.
You will be responsible for the planning and coordination of the strategy for the Families for Life (FFL) movement. The role involves the following:
• Planning and coordinating the FFL strategy implementation across both internal and external stakeholders
• Identifying gaps and opportunities to improve service delivery and programme implementation to better serve families through all stages of life under the ambit of the FFL movement
• Supporting the FFL Council to effectively provide direction and drive the FFL movement
What we are looking for
• At least 2 years of experience in planning and/or strategy implementation or coordination work
• Strong analytical and critical thinking, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse issues from a strategic and systems perspective, while having a good grasp of details and processes.
• Good stakeholder engagement and management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
