What you will be working on
- Manage manpower staffing, postings, recruitment, and retirement processes
- Manage performance ranking, staff development planning, and appraisal and rewards programmes
- Oversee administrative functions including regimentation and discipline, courses and trainees management, and parade and ceremonies coordination
- Coordinate finance management matters with Division Finance Officer to ensure proper financial oversight and compliance

- Managing diverse Human Resource, Administrative and Finance requirements across multiple sub-units with varying operational needs and personnel categories
- Adapting to changes in dynamic training environments while maintaining high standards of administrative and financial management across all functions
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in related appointments with knowledge in Human Resource and Finance management is preferred
- Basic Information Technology skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Data Analytics
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders across different organisational levels
- Agile and resourceful
