What the role is

You provide specialist advice and assist in the planning, conduct and debriefing for exercises within the Army.

What you will be working on

- Drive the integration of intelligence into the planning, design and execution of exercises to ensure comprehensive training outcomes - Ensure that exercise scenarios are realistic, doctrinally-aligned, and reflective of evolving operational environments - Craft realistic enemy narratives and courses of action for exercise scenarios - Produce intelligence products to facilitate the planning, conduct and debriefs for exercises - Provide intelligence inputs during exercise planning conferences and coordination meetings - Plan and deliver intelligence injects during exercises to enhance training realism - Capture observations on intelligence performance, scenario realism, and exercise effectiveness during and after exercises - Recommend improvements for future exercises based on assessment and after action reviews Challenge(s) - Staying current with all Concept of Operations (CONOPs) and doctrine transformations by the respective Divisions to ensure exercises remain relevant and effective - Maintaining sharpness in reviewing and updating exercises to facilitate evolving exercise objectives and outcomes in a rapidly changing operational environment

What we are looking for

- At least 6 years of relevant experience - Military operations expertise with demonstrated competence in intelligence and exercise planning roles is preferred - Sharp analytical ability and critical thinking skills with competence in intelligence product generation and scenario design - Strong communication and briefing skills with ability to engage commanders and staff confidently - Team-oriented mindset with strong coordination skills - Ability to work effectively across multiple formations - Adaptability and initiative in dynamic training environments Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
