What you will be working on
- Develop programmes to strengthen proficiency of Supply and Transport personnel in executing peacetime support operations
- Advise and administer on study award eligibility, school fees reimbursement and course relevancy for both Supply and Transport Formations
- Manage vocation and progression advisory
- Plan, develop and conduct recruitment and selection process for respective vocations
- Manage recruitment matters and coordinate with Army Recruitment Centre and various entities on recruitment events
- Assist with management of Driving Course including enrolment and monitoring across SAF
- Perform HR planning functions to strengthen manpower resources and management in the Army
Challenge(s)
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that capitalise commercial standards and incorporate technology tools to streamline HR functions as HR landscape becomes more diverse and technically complex
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resources, Business or any related field
- At least 2 years working experience in Human Resources Management
- Experience in HR metrics including recruitment, collaboration and training
- HR knowledge, skills and best practices gained through detailed grasp of involved practice or application
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and process enhancement
