What the role is

The Strategy, Transformation & Organisation Development (STOD) department plays a crucial role in supporting AGC's vision of being the 'best law firm in Singapore'. We shape AGC's future through facilitating strategic planning, driving organisational development, and supporting the implementation of transformative initiatives. We oversee AGC's annual planning cycle, support culture-building efforts, and collaborate closely with our Divisions to ensure successful execution of long-term strategic recommendations.

What you will be working on

Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, you will enable AGC's future workplace by designing and implementing new ways of working that enhance how our people deliver value to our stakeholders. You will support transformation initiatives across AGC Divisions, identifying opportunities, assessing solutions, and driving change to enhance organisational capabilities. Responsibilities: - Support process innovation projects using design thinking methodologies to reimagine how our Divisions deliver work more effectively. This includes piloting and assessing tools for organising information and connecting insights from multiple data sources, as well as automating routine processes. - Design user-centred solutions by mapping user journeys, defining user stories, and identifying pain points to create high-impact workplace improvements in service delivery enhancements and digital workplace transitions. - Engage stakeholders at all levels to understand workflow challenges and prioritise transformation opportunities that deliver measurable organisational value. - Support the delivery of change management initiatives through conceptualising engagement and communication plans that drive adoption of new ways of working. - Collaborate across focus areas on cross-cutting initiatives, particularly supporting Future Work and Future Workforce teams to deliver our strategic projects.

What we are looking for

Job Requirements: - Degree in Design, Business, Change Management, or related field. - At least 3-5 years’ experience in user experience design, business analysis, process improvement, or organisational transformation. - Demonstrated experience with user research methodologies, journey mapping tools, design thinking facilitation, and translating user needs into practical solutions. - Strong communication and facilitation abilities with experience engaging diverse stakeholders. - Working knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies. - Analytical mindset with ability to prioritise initiatives and measure impact. - Passion for improving how people work and genuine curiosity about user needs.
