About Lorong AI
Lorong AI is Singapore’s AI community hub. It brings together practitioners from Government, Industry and Research to learn from one another and build real-world AI capabilities. Through a highcadence rhythm of talks, workshops and peer learning, Lorong AI supports the National AI Strategy 2.0.
We are looking for a Programme Manager to help shape the programmes that make Lorong AI a place where ideas and people connect.

What the role is
What you will be working on
As the Programme Manager, you will design and deliver the programmes that define the Lorong AI experience.
Your responsibilities include:
• Developing the programming plan for Lorong AI across both sites.
• Curating topics, speakers and formats for signature events like AI Wednesdays, ToolsDays and other community programmes.
• Planning and delivering workshops, talks and community activities that make technical topics accessible and engaging.
• Working with partners, speakers and community members to source content and ideas.
• Managing event logistics, pre and post event communications and onsite coordination.
• Collecting insights and feedback to refine programming and strengthen the community’s learning journey.
What we are looking for
• Experience in programme design, event management or community engagement.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with diverse stakeholders from the technology, research and public sectors.
• Comfort with fastpaced environments and rapid experimentation.
• Curiosity about AI and the wider technology ecosystem. Prior experience in AI or tech communities is an advantage but not required.
