What the role is

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a temporary basis. This role will provide strategic HR support and guidance to business leaders, facilitate the implementation of HR initiatives, and contribute to driving organizational effectiveness across the agency.

What you will be working on

Key Responsibilities • Lead the implementation of all HR strategies including manpower planning, employee relations and change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals • Apply expertise to offer guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organisation’s objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements • Collaborate with recruitment team on recruitment and selection of candidates • Partner with stakeholders to implement internal mobility program and career development initiatives, facilitating seamless transitions for employees across roles • Drive HR process improvements to increase the division's operational efficiency. Proactively identify areas for process optimization, partner respective HR teams on implementation, ensuring timely execution and alignment with broader organizational goals. • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and regulations, minimizing risks and maintaining compliance across all HR functions

What we are looking for

• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, labor laws, and regulations in Singapore. • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with a keen focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and communicate HR strategies clearly and effectively • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic solutions to complex HR issues. • Experience in change management and managing transition during organizational restructuring • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HRIS (e.g. Workday) is preferred. • Strong commitment to professional integrity and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive HR information • Experience in public sector HR management is an advantage
