What you will be working on
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to understand HDB’s role in public housing procurement and contracts management. You will assist to process Request for Variation Orders (RVO), do a quotation using Quality Fee Method (QFM) evaluation and prepare estimates. You will also embark on a project on Finalisation of Project Accounts.
In this role, you will:
• Study and review the adequacy of contractual provision in time period for Finalisation of Project Accounts.
• Study, analyse and determine any co-relation on the size of projects, the number of Variation Orders raised, the consultants etc.
What we are looking for
Internship Period: Between May 2026 - Aug 2026
Preferred Disciplines: Infrastructure & Project Management. QS discipline, proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/Powerpoint.
