• Drive and manage R&T collaborations with centres of excellence to enhance HTX’s R&T excellence outcomes, including identifying collaboration and capability gaps, proposing outreach strategies and working with Partnerships teams to align strategic engagement frameworks, maintaining a centre of excellence ecosystem map. Facilitate R&T roadmap alignment and coherence across Science, Digital and Engineering pillars, surfacing inter-dependencies, integration opportunities, gaps and trade-offs, and provide recommendations for whole-of-HTX decision-making; prepare and update the standardised COE scorecard to inform senior management.
• Strengthen and sustain partnerships with local and international IHLs, RIs and industry partners by co-developing joint thematic programmes and R&T translation machinery such as makerspaces. • Support the governance of R&T programmes through project tracking, reporting, and resource planning to enable coherent capability development across HTX’s centres of expertise. Establish monthly reporting mechanisms and provide timely updates to senior management via dashboards.
• Work with the Science CoEs to plan, prioritise and allocate resources efficiently across HTX’s centres of expertise to align with HTX's strategic capability goals.
