What you will be working on

The incumbent is responsible to execute and coordinate integrated programming, marketing, and frontline services at Bt Canberra Integrated Hub (BCIH), ensuring seamless stakeholder collaboration and quality customer experience that drives increased footfall, partnership opportunities, and service excellence in support of SportSG's mission to promote active participation in sports and recreation. Role and Responsibilities: • Implement daily frontline enquiry operations by negotiating MOP feedback with internal and external stakeholders, achieve seamless communication and frontline service delivery. • Monitor stakeholder processes by maintaining communication channels, reviewing project timelines, and implementing approved programmes at BCIH. • Implement programmes and events by reviewing operational workflows, negotiating with Managing Agent on venue & logistic requirements of programmes and events, maintain documentation e.g. schedule, programme attendance, and achieve timely delivery of tactical elements. • Manage and analyse frontline feedback and enquiries with respect to programming & marketing to propose new ideas/improvement when relevant. Maintain engagement of frontline services. • Implement communication and marketing for programs on various platforms including social media, specify and install marketing materials for public information. • Specify engaging and creative marketing collaterals with guidance from SportSG Brand & Marketing team. • Monitor, maintain & implement timely updates of official social media content. • Specify and negotiate marketing effort for co-locating partnership. • Monitor and assess enquiries and feedback via online platform by MOP for both internal and external stakeholders/partners. • Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities that will improve services delivery, such as review of internal processes and redesign of customer journeys.

What we are looking for

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • At least 5 years of proven experience and/or track record in relevant areas. • Positive attitude to work in a small team and an outcome focused approach. • An ability and drive to take initiative for any changes, think creatively and adapt to changes and enquires from MOP. • A solid understanding of and enthusiasm of community engagement and public services. • Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously, strong time management and prioritisation skills. • Good customer service and writing skills. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year / Fixed Term contract in the first instance.
