What you will be working on

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage and deliver programmes and projects that provide low-income households and individuals with connectivity and infocomm devices, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
  • Support management of existing IT systems as a business user, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure continuous availability and minimal disruption.
  • Contribute to the management of new IT system development as a business user, ensuring requirements are appropriately scoped, business process reengineering/ improvement and performing user acceptance testing.
  • Assess grant applications and perform due diligence on funding claims submitted by grantees to ensure compliance with programme requirements.
  • Oversee and manage vendors to ensure contractual obligations are met and positive customer experience are delivered.

What we are looking for

Requirements:

  • Background in business/management or information technology
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in project management
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Experience with system management (from business user perspective), grant processing, or the community and social service sector is preferred but not essential
  • Good knowledge and understanding of infocomm technologies, particularly infocomm applications for end-users
  • Passion for social causes
