You will be part of the Fixed Assets Team under the MSE Finance Department. This is a temporary position for 3 to 6 months.
What you will be working on
Your work will cover the following areas:
• Assist in extracting cost information from the accounting system and preparation of schedules required to support various types of transactions.
• Updating of Fixed Assets forms in the master tracker.
• Updating of Land & Building listings based on relevant information received from Statutory Boards.
• Assist in generating monthly Fixed Assets Reports.
• Assist in preparing word document with supporting documents for Fixed Assets transactions to be submitted for approval.
• Assist with financial year-end closing arrangements.
• Assist in compiling fixed asset reports.
• Any other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for
• Minimum 3-month full-time commitment.
• GCE ‘A’ / ’O’ Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec Diploma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Meticulous and well-organized with positive work attitude.
• Students waiting to enter universities are welcome to apply.
• Experience in accounting is advantageous but not compulsory.
