What you will be working on
- Manage administration of awards such as Good Conduct, Service Medal
- Guide team into embracing technology and be part of MINDEF/SAF's digital transformation journey
- Ensure despatch support administration is provided to customers
- Work closely with Personnel Nodes in supporting HRA functions for tenant units in Army camps
- Engage ways to reach out to units and NSmen to collect medals
- Gather feedback on processes involved in digital transformation environment
Challenge(s)
- Managing sizeable quantities of medals
- Ensuring service excellence when engaging NSmen to collect medals
What we are looking for
- Education in Human Resource is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience with HR Admin experience is preferred
- Knowledge of employee experience management, HR policies, process and legislation, competency framework development and application, and customer experience and service design is advantageous
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Competency in HR Information Technology systems & knowledge, especially in the Systems Applications and Products (SAP) platform
