Manager (HR Admin & Services) - Jurong

You manage and supervise the day-to-day operations by proactively providing efficient and effective Human Resource (HR) Administration services in the Army.

- Lead and manage a team and provide mentorship and coaching to develop support staff and Full Time National Servicemen (NSFs) - Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth execution of administration functions through proactive engagement with stakeholders across different units - Conduct performance appraisals and ensure continuous learning opportunities for staff - Incorporate innovative thinking to improve work processes and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality - Monitor key performance indicators and task completion Challenge(s) - Ensuring HR services remain relevant and effective while staying updated on constantly evolving HR initiatives and directions - Reviewing and aligning work processes with prevailing rules and maintaining competency standards

- Education in Human Resource is preferred - Relevant experience in HR Adminstration is preferred - Employee Experience at least Level 3 required - Knowledge of employee experience management, HR policies, process and legislation, competency framework development and application, and customer experience and service design is advantageous - Strong leadership and decision making skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Competency in HR Information Technology systems & knowledge, especially in the Systems Applications and Products (SAP) platform Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
