What you will be working on
Main Tasks:
Attach to Head Chef and team for logistics, supporting administrative tasks (marketing log) and food & beverage service.
Task Elements
• Chef is required to provide hospitality and food & beverage service to guests
• Part of the team to help in the cooking process
What we are looking for
Requirement
• Singaporean only.
• This internship is on a full-time basis from Apr 2026 to June 2026. Please indicate your availability in your application if you can commit to a longer duration.
Knowledge, Skills & Attitude
Knowledge
• Plan daily menus, manage dietary requirements, purchase ingredients and prepare variety of excellent cuisine for various events.
• Able to prepare different types of cuisine, including local and western cuisine and pastry and baking.
• Arrange for equipment maintenance periodically.
Skills
• Trained in Culinary Arts, Food and Beverage Service.
• Handle administrative work such as preparing claims for purchases, marketing logs and costing for menus.
Attitude
• Ensure high standard of hygiene in food preparation and cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Collaborate with butler teams as well as external caterers to ensure F&B is delivered efficiently at functions.
• Passionate about culinary arts.
