Lead Engineer/Engineer, Digitalisation (Product Management), CDPMC

Product Management • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle – initiation, design, features management, development, launch, enhancement and decommission • Responsible for product initiation, design, release planning and features management • Lead product design efforts by ensuring alignment with organisational UI/UX standards and driving the delivery of intuitive, user centred experiences. • Conduct envisioning workshops and focus group discussions to create and validate customer journey and business process • Clearly articulate the operational and business value of the product to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and intended outcomes. • Partner with product engineering team to drive product prioritisation by conducting business impact analyses and supporting technical feasibility assessments. • In-charge of test case(s) creation and execution and work with product engineering team to ensure features are developed correctly and meet acceptance criteria • Collaborate with users and vendors to plan and execute product launch activities such as training, ground engagement, communication plan etc • Partner with users and product engineering team to develop and maintain product roadmap • Define, track, and validate measurable product success metrics (e.g., user adoption, operational efficiency gains, reduction in manual effort) to continuously assess product effectiveness. • Establish a structured and ongoing feedback loop with end users to gather insights and drive iterative improvements to enhance product performance and user satisfaction. Stakeholder Management • Regular progress updates to management and seek alignment on product vision and strategy • Product presentation to management and stakeholders (end-users, champions, trainers etc) to showcase product for awareness and adoption

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, software development or digital transformation • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent disciplines. • Experience in customer journey mapping, business process mapping, conducting envisioning workshops and focus group discussions • Familiar with design and product management tools such as Figma, FigJam and JIRA • Familiar with Agile Scrum methodology and system design thinking • Strong written and communication skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently All new appointees are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure overtime, based on performance.
