What the role is

As a grant-maker committed to creating meaningful social change through impact giving, Tote Board is seeking a motivated intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in data processing, analysis, and reporting, working with real datasets. Join us to develop your analytical skills and contribute to our programme evaluation and impact measurement initiatives.

What you will be working on

The intern will be required to:

  • Collect and process data from various sources, organising them into structured datasets for comprehensive analysis and reporting purposes.

  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify key patterns, trends, and correlations within datasets, providing actionable insights for decision-making.

  • Utilise visualisation tools such as Tableau to create interactive dashboards and compelling presentations that effectively communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate across teams to compile impact reports and address analytical needs.

  • Support additional tasks/projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in a relevant field such as Business, Social Science, Computer Science/Info Technology, Data Science or a related discipline.

  • Have some experience in RPA/Tableau and familiar with Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
