As an Assistant Manager (Systems and Protocol Branch), you will be part of the Division of Public Cleanliness which works closely with the public and various stakeholders to keep Singapore clean, by delivering high standards of public cleanliness and ensuring public outdoor spaces are litter-free.

What you will be working on
Your primary duties will include:
- Planning of resource deployment such as manpower and equipment to cover the key public areas under the AI project
- Contract & vendor management such as raising work orders, managing contract utilisation and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and obligations
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of AI and video analytics technologies for monitoring cleaning performance in public areas
- Performance Monitoring: Utilise the AI and video analytics solution to track and evaluate the cleaning performance of public areas and provide regular reports
- Improving the AI solution: Work with the vendor on validation of alerts and data annotation to train and improve the AI solution
- Data Analysis: Extract and analyse relevant data to identify trends that could support the operational teams in their work
- Quality Assurance of Cleaning works: Ensure that any detected cleaning lapses are rectified in accordance with contractual requirements
- Attend to related enquiries and troubleshooting issues
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
What we are looking for
You should possess the following qualities:-
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, e.g. toggling excel, functions, coming up with creative presentations
- Preferably possess basic knowledge in video analytics and/or machine learning applications
- Strong team player with good communication, interpersonal and written skills.
- Class 2 or Class 3 driving licence preferred (NEA vehicle may be available for field operations)
- Able and willing to work outdoors, on weekends and after working hours if required
- Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task
- Proactive, self-driven and always ready to strive for improvement
- Outgoing and pleasant personality
- Mature, independent and resourceful
