Senior Manager / Manager (Specialised and Step-down Care)

You will be part of a team developing step-down and specialised services in psychiatry and mental health care including addictions services, long-term care services and services for the intellectually disabled. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

Be part of a team : o developing and implementing a strategy to increase and enhance specialized addictions rehabilitation services o developing and implementing a strategy to enhance and increase capacity and access to psychiatry and behavioral services for the intellectually disabled and those with neurodevelopmental disorders o developing and implementing a strategy for psychiatric long term care services

Work Experience, Competencies and Personal Traits • A good bachelor degree or • A professional degree • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in public policy development • Interest in health and social care sectors • Some experience in service planning and development or national level planning of supply/demand • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data, and develop evidence-based recommendations. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
