What the role is

The job holder is responsible for managing the foreign worker levy billing and collection services to achieve policy and service objectives, ensuring effective implementation of policies, efficient collection processes, and continuous improvement of services while managing a team to handle related appeals and customer queries.

What you will be working on

• To develop and propose implementation plans for policy changes • To ideate, conceptualise and develop suitable solutions, in collaboration with IT and other stakeholders, to enhance the customer experience and improve operational efficiency • To establish policies and procedures for collection and management of levy, including compliance issues • To lead and guide a team to process levy appeals for GIRO and payment-related matters, as well as to manage customer queries that are referred for expert assistance

What we are looking for

• At least 8 years of working experience in a fast-paced environment with 2-3 years of experience in managing or supervising a team • Some experience in IT system design or using operational systems (e.g. application systems) would be advantageous • Possess good analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills • Able to lead and manage a team • Proactive in problem solving and adaptable in dealing with different situations and handling multiple portfolios/tasks *PWDs are welcome to apply
