What you will be working on
• To develop and propose implementation plans for policy changes
• To ideate, conceptualise and develop suitable solutions, in collaboration with IT and other stakeholders, to enhance the customer experience and improve operational efficiency
• To establish policies and procedures for collection and management of levy, including compliance issues
• To lead and guide a team to process levy appeals for GIRO and payment-related matters, as well as to manage customer queries that are referred for expert assistance
What we are looking for
• At least 8 years of working experience in a fast-paced environment with 2-3 years of experience in managing or supervising a team
• Some experience in IT system design or using operational systems (e.g. application systems) would be advantageous
• Possess good analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Able to lead and manage a team
• Proactive in problem solving and adaptable in dealing with different situations and handling multiple portfolios/tasks
