What you will be working on
• Develop and propose implementation plans for policy changes, including system changes
• Ideate, conceptualise and develop suitable solutions, in collaboration with IT and other stakeholders, to enhance the customer experience and improve operational efficiency
• Establish policies and procedures for the management of levy matters, including compliance issues
• Lead and guide a team to process levy appeals, as well as to manage customer queries that are referred for expert assistance
What we are looking for
• At least 8 years of working experience in a fast-paced environment
• Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Possess strong analytical, creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Able to lead and manage a team
• Proactive in problem solving and adaptable in dealing with different situations and handling multiple portfolios/tasks
