What you will be working on

As a member of the Service Excellence Department, you will play a key role in providing frontline services in line with the Judiciary’s service vision. You will report to the Senior Assistant Director, Communications and Service Excellence Division. You will be involved in the following work areas: • Handle public written correspondences • Partner departments and public agencies to improve service quality and court user experience • Publicise and implement initiatives and resources to enhance court user service experience and motivate officers of the Judiciary to excel in service delivery

What we are looking for

Work Experience and Competencies • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience • Strong oral and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel (intermediate level), and PowerPoint • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems would be an advantage • Candidates without the required work experience but possess the relevant skills are welcome to apply Personal traits • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills with ability to handle sensitive situations • Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to devise practical solutions under pressure • Excellent time management with proven ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively • Collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision • Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality • Adaptable and resilient when dealing with challenging situations or customers Note: The successful candidate will be appointed on a one-year probationary contract in the first instance.
