What you will be working on
Key Responsibilities
(1) Talent Acquisition
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, encompassing publishing of job advertisement through to seamless employee onboarding. Collaborate strategically with Heads of Divisions to align recruitment initiatives with organisational objectives and operational requirements.
- Administer the Ministry's internship programme, including sourcing and implementation.
-Manage all aspects of employee offboarding and exit processes, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
(2) Talent Management
- Support talent management initiatives for legal officers and high-potential officers within the organisation.
-Serve as a liaison with the Public Service Division regarding the strategic management and development of officers participating in the Public Service Leadership Programme.
-Spearhead talent management and succession planning initiatives designed to systematically identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees for critical leadership positions and pivotal organisational roles.

• [HR Partnership] To collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to facilitate comprehensive HR decisions, operations, and initiatives that align with organisational priorities and desired outcomes.
• [Process Management] To understand the interconnections between systems, processes, and people, whilst applying analytical tools and methodologies such as project management, benchmarking, and process re-engineering.
• [Recruitment & Employer Branding] To articulate and promote the organisation's unique identity, effectively positioning it as an employer of choice within the competitive talent market.
• [Employee Experience] To deliver seamless, positive employee service journeys that reflect the organisation's employee value proposition and brand identity.
• [Talent Management & Succession Planning] To identify, manage, develop and retain talents (e.g. high-potential and/or high-performing including scholars for leadership/pivotal roles in the organisation) to ensure the success of organisation in the future. This also includes creating a plan to ensure healthy succession bench-strength of the organisation.
Personal Traits
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business partnership, recruitment and talent management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Adaptive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with SAP system.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
This is a 2-year contract position.
