As an Assistant Executive in the Curriculum Planning and Development Division 2, you will be part of a dynamic team that manages the Intellectual Property (IP) rights as well as the contracts matters relating to the teaching and learning resources created and curated by the Ministry.

What you will be working on
• Provide administrative support on IP and contract management functions such as liaising with external parties over requests to use their or MOE’s content, maintaining the information stored in the Student Learning Space, monitoring and ensuring accurate and timely payment of licensing fees and royalties, etc.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for outreach programmes, briefing and training such as sourcing, booking and setting up venues, preparing materials and resources as well as administering the registration
• Assist in case management relating to IP and contract issues which include fact-finding, case evaluation and providing recommendations
• Handle queries relating to IP and contractual issues
What we are looking for
• A resourceful individual with a positive attitude
• Good written and communication skills
• Ability to work in teams and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar and comfortable with using IT systems
• Possess knowledge in contractual and/ or IP management would be an advantage
