What you will be working on

Responsibilities

1. Merchant and Resident Engagement:

a) Work closely with the Senior Manager, Assistant Director and CDC Ambassadors to engage/onboard and support supermarkets, merchants and hawkers on the CDC Vouchers Scheme.

b) Build rapport with the supermarkets, merchants, hawkers and residents through consistent engagement.

c) Gather human interest stories.

2. Manage and Supervise CDC Ambassadors:

a) Coordinate regular meetings with Senior Manager and Assistant Director to coach/discuss operational details with CAs.

b) Manage the training and deployment of CAs for merchant and resident engagement.

c) Support the recruitment, remuneration and HR related matters of CAs.

3. Managing Enquiries/Feedback:

a) Handle referrals/queries from residents, merchants and other stakeholders.

b) Follow up on technical/operational issues with stakeholders.

c) Gather feedback.

4. Reports and Other duties:

a) Work closely with stakeholders on the administration of regular/ad-hoc reports.

b) All other initiatives assigned by the Senior Manager and Assistant Director e.g. event launch, briefings, surveys, etc.

What we are looking for

Other Duties
• Other ad-hoc assignments, duties not covered under main responsibilities and duties.
• Participate in cross-team building initiatives.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 years work experience - leading a small team would be an advantage.

2. Good relationship management and data analytical skills.

3. Strong team-player and self-starter.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
