What the role is

As a HR Development Assistant Manager/Manager, you will play an important role to support the professional growth and career development of CSC officers through performance-led learning and development interventions and development programmes. The role contributes to the policy review, design, delivery and continuous improvement of solutions for staff and our supplementary manpower.

What you will be working on

• Execute and refresh policies relating to Associates and Fellows from appointment to rewards. • Review and nominate leadership and functional training programmes for staff. • Facilitate new staff induction and new managerial programmes • Analyse HR data to recommend organisation development interventions and design using GenAI.

What we are looking for

We are seeking a dedicated professional with 3-5 years of relevant experience in learning and development, or related fields with data, digital and AI experience. You should be detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and build relationships with stakeholders with confidence. Key Competencies Required: Learning and Development • Able to customise learning and development strategies using appropriate learning platforms. • Able to evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend improvements. HR Policies, Processes and Legislation • Able to review and enhance policies and processes to meet CSC’s evolving needs while ensuring alignment with public sector regulations, best practices, and practical implementation considerations for CSC. • Able to advise stakeholders on policy changes and support implementation through engagement. AI, Digital and Data Skills • Familiar with Python, Co-Pilot, Pair, PowerAutomate, Tableau • Able to analyse data and trend analysis
