The role focuses on ideating, producing and managing content, particularly video and multimedia, across various social media platforms. The goal is to strengthen digital engagement and ensuring agile, timely content delivery across various social media platforms.
What you will be working on
• Plan, execute video projects, including pre-production, production and post-production stages
• Support the development of marcomms products, mainly short-form videos and infographics (if any) for events and engagements
• Develop and conceptualise video content that trust and inspire; ideate photo and video opportunities with CO officers’ pre-event
• Recommend approach, creatives and ideation appropriate for events/engagements as well as propose video ideas based on current trends that would be suitable for building persona.
• Support CO officers for onsite staffing when needed, if comms plan for the events or engagements requires visual and video content.
• Capture high-quality footages, ensuring proper framing and composition
• Manage and operate video equipment, including cameras, DJI, lighting and audio recording devices
• Carry out video editing on editing softwares to produce professional-piece video content
• Ensure proper storage, organisation, and back up of video files and assets
• Any other tasks assigned
What we are looking for
• Effectively bilingual in English and Malay languages
• Proficient in video production tools (Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro)
• Experience in social media story telling
• Adept with social media developments, including TikTok
• Adept with content creation tools for social media and design tools (Canva, Illustrator)
• Able to multi-task and possesses a good attitude towards working in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Strong interpersonal, writing and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to work across teams and with diverse stakeholders including vendors
• Keen interest in current affairs, emerging trends and issues especially those relating to Malay/Muslim matters in the context of Singapore’s multi-racial and multi religious society
• A team player
• Willing to work irregular hours including weekends and public holidays
• Able to work under pressure
