To provide support to the Senior/Assistant Director in the administration of HR functions in the areas of performance management, rewards and recognition, compensation and benefits, talent & leadership development, and staff engagement. What you will be working on
• Coordinate the annual Ranking and Promotion Exercise, and bi- annual performance appraisal exercise.
• Assist in the administration of awards such as National Day Awards and Long Service Medals, which may include surfacing eligible candidates for consideration to planning and organising the awards ceremony.
• Provide support for the administration of annual declaration exercises, conflict of interest declaration exercises, liaising with officers and security agencies on security screening matters, and preparing management reports.
• Assist in the administration of talent development related matters, which may include surfacing eligible candidates for consideration to administering payments/allowances to officers.
• Provide support in the management of leadership development matters such as the conduct of the annual succession planning discussions, processing of the nomination of officers for leadership programmes, and liaising with the officers and service providers to carry out 360 surveys for AGO.
• Provide support in compensation and benefits matters such as the procurement of salary data for annual salary benchmarking exercise for the Auditing Service Scheme, gathering of data for periodic reviews of the scheme, and processing of the payouts of the AS scheme such as Retention Bonus and Leadership Incentives.
• Provide support in the implementation of the Employee Engagement Survey (EES) and pulse surveys, including the maintenance of dashboards.
• Provide support for organization-wide initiatives related to organisation development and staff engagement.
• Execute RPA bot as part of the monthly salary verification process to ensure payment accuracy and process efficiency.
• Maintain and analyse HR databases to generate insights to facilitate decision making.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned.
What we are looking for
• Degree in Human Resource, Business or related disciplines, preferably with 1 to 2 years’ of relevant experience in public sector HR. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior work experience in civil service HR would be advantageous.
• Strong IT skills and ability to perform HR analytics.
• Meticulous with good interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communications skills.
Remuneration and designation offered will depend on the candidate’s relevant experience.
