What you will be working on
To prepare, amend and issue Purchase Orders (PO) after ensuing accurate amounts and quantities supported by relevant approval documents.
Perform Goods Receipts (GRs) timely to ensure prompt vendor payments.
Ensure proper documentation, update and maintenance of PO records and financial documents
Perform necessary journal adjustments related to vendor payments
Leverage attended RPA robot to compile reports on mutual collections with TCs and raise fortnightly GRs and journals for agency fees
Perform monthly reconciliation of mutual collections with TCs
• Verify and process requests from HQ and various HDB Zones on refund of rejected Internet Banking (IB) payments to banks
• Investigate source of discrepancies in the bank reconciliation of IB payments from Finance Group and follow up with HDB Zones on exception cases
• Undertake other ad-hoc projects as assigned
What we are looking for
• Demonstrate high levels of integrity and strong ownership in executing transactions thoroughly and meticulously
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and take on higher-level work challenges
• Knowledge of RPA, finance and procurement functions will be an advantage
Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
