What the role is
Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Continuing Education and Training Academy (CETA) is seeking a strategic and driven individual to join our team as Lead (Partnerships). In this role, you will support the Assistant Director(s) and Deputy Director in shaping and executing strategies that drive product innovation, strategic partnerships, and B2B client engagement to advance the national SkillsFuture movement and lifelong learning.
What you will be working on
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Support the growth of Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Continuing Education and Training Academy (CETA) by strengthening industry engagement and expanding B2B partnerships.
Develop and review strategies to grow NP’s corporate clientele and enhance its positioning within the adult learning and workforce transformation ecosystem.
Identify industry needs and provide insights on CET product mix aligned with school capabilities, industry demand, and national SkillsFuture priorities, supported by market research and analysis.
Collaborate with academic schools and programme teams to design customised training solutions aligned with client needs and funding requirements.
Support the end-to-end programme lifecycle, from programme conceptualisation and development to implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Drive lead generation and conversion efforts to expand programme reach and deepen client engagement.
Work closely with Marketing and Communications teams to support outreach activities, events, and campaigns that drive programme awareness and demand.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, industry associations, and external stakeholders to enhance NP’s market presence.
Partner with CETA Operations to ensure smooth programme delivery and a positive, customer-centric experience for B2B clients.
Track, analyse, and report on business development performance, client engagement, and key performance indicators to support planning and decision-making.
Identify, apply for, and support the administration of relevant government grants and funding schemes (e.g. SkillsFuture Singapore) to support strategic initiatives.
Provide administrative, coordination, and operational support to schools and internal stakeholders as required.
What we are looking for
Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in business development, adult education, corporate training, or partnerships management.
Prior exposure to educational programme management, SkillsFuture initiatives, CET frameworks, and/or business or commercial partnerships is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and with external partners.
Comfortable operating in a dynamic and cross-functional environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Familiarity with CET funding mechanisms and government-supported training frameworks is an added advantage.
