What you will be working on
To provide event logistic support for MAS-SG led events such as FAST conference, COP, NYCW, LCAW, ASEAN committee meetings and SFAP that are held in Singapore. Scope include sending, tracking and collating conference attendees, working with internal/external event vendor on our requirements such as AV support, seat layout etc, booking of dinner venues etc and, putting up internal approval requests on budget where necessary.
To provide general administrative support to the department in particular making travel arrangements for MAS CSO, and supporting SG in GFSC secretariat duties.
To support MAS-SG in developing first cut background content of key entities that CSO engages
To provide secretariat support for the FAST-P office which mainly involve scheduling of meetings for FAST-P CEO and COO.
What we are looking for
Working experience in project management would be an advantage
Knowledge in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel required
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Careful, organised and meticulous worker
Comfortable with multi tasking and working in a fast paced environment
Familiarity with using AI tools to augment work, in particular in the development of background briefs will be advantageous
