What you will be working on
a. To review and monitor bed capacity and opening plans for hospital development projects.
b. To assess and plan hospital clinical services, which includes reviewing the need for service provision and ensuring adequate clinical governance.
c. To plan, review, develop and implement policies on sustainable national clinical services strategies.
d. Review of ongoing hospital-based programmes and policies on their effectiveness to provide better care and better value for patients.
What we are looking for
Work Experience, Competencies and Personal Traits
• Relevant qualifications in healthcare or related field with minimum three years working experience, preferably in healthcare-related roles.
• Prior experience in health care administration/management would be an advantage.
• Positive, self-motivated and high standard of integrity.
• Able to work effectively in teams and manage and engage different groups of stakeholders.
• Project management skills would be an advantage.
