What the role is

You will be part of a dynamic HR team, under the HR Hub (Shared Services) team, which focuses on delivering efficient and effective HR Services. The HR Hub team centrally manages HR operational activities and queries to ensure operational performance and seamless service delivery. You will handle core HR functions including deployment processes, organisational changes, and system management.

What you will be working on

• Managing the end-to-end deployment activities in HR systems • Support re-designation and organisational restructuring initiatives which include maintaining establishment jobs (EJ) and organisational structure updates in HR systems • Support HR processes and perform transactions according to policies and procedures. This includes proposing effective solutions in addressing HR operational issues • Address employee queries regarding various HR matters • Review HR workflows, identify improvement opportunities, leverage technology and drive process redesign efforts to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience

What we are looking for

• 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations and processes • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Strong organisational, stakeholder engagement and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Knowledge of RPA tools, AI applications and workflow automation technologies would be highly favourable • An understanding of Public Service processes would be advantageous
