What you will be working on

You will manage escalated enquiries and feedback on work injury compensation, licensing, policy and regulations, and unsafe workplaces through multiple channels including phone, emails, efeedback forms and the MOM website. You will be required to provide timely, accurate responses via email or phone within service standards. For complex technical matters, you will seek help from subject matter experts to ensure accurate advice. You will also handle misdirected or cross-agency enquiries using the No Wrong Door policy, ensuring a Whole of Government approach by assessing cases and referring to relevant agencies when necessary.

What we are looking for

• Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in dealing with customers or in a customer service environment • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage enquiries and interactions with customers • Able to read and comprehend Acts/Regulations will be an advantage, though not compulsory
