You will be responsible for evaluating factory notifications, registrations, and applications for workplace safety and health service providers and professionals, reviewing operational processes and handling public enquiries in accordance with established policies and service benchmarks.
This role involves evaluating factory notifications, registrations, and applications for workplace safety and health service providers and professionals, reviewing operational processes, and handling public enquiries. You will tailor recommendations or replies to appeals, particularly for complex cases that fall outside established guidelines.
You will operationalise policy and process changes, serving as a nexus between policy and operations/IT teams to drive such changes. You will lead reviews and process re-design to enhance operational processes, ensuring that our processes remain relevant, effective, and efficient.
Additionally, you will handle queries escalated from various communication channels and provide prompt advice to the MOM Services Centre.
