What you will be working on
• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve optimal occupancy, rental growth, and trade performance
• Identify, source, and negotiate with prospective tenants
• Curate and manage tenant mix aligned with mall’s positioning, target catchment, and asset strategy
• Lead lease negotiations including rental rates, tenure, and key commercial terms
• Prepare and review Letters of Offer, tenancy agreements, and renewals
• Manage the full tenancy lifecycle: onboarding, fit out coordination, opening, renewals and exits
• Build and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships
What we are looking for
• Vibrant, proactive, and driven personality who can adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communications and inter-personal skills to engage internal stakeholders and external customers
• Both a leader and team player, with positive attitude
• Relevant background in business, marketing and real estate
• Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
