Systems Analyst (Digital IT Solutioning) (1-Yr Contract)

What the role is

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Analyst to be part of our Information Systems Applications team to support the digitalisation effort aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and transforming user experience for one of the line groups in URA. This is a strictly 1-year contract role, with no renewal.

What you will be working on

• Implement new digital solutions through low-code platforms and adoption of new technologies such as GenAI • Streamline and automate business processes • Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for end users

What we are looking for

• Prior training in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience • Experience with low-code development platforms (such as UiPath RPA, Microsoft Power Platform or equivalent) • Experience in developing digital IT solutions for streamlining / automating business activities • Proficient in using GenAI tools (e.g. Chatgpt, Gemini) and Prompt Engineering • Strong competency and troubleshooting skills in application development • Good understanding of GenAI technologies, Large Language Model (LLM) and Prompt Engineering • Familiar with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Methodologies • Proficient in data analytics and visualisation tools (such as Python, Excel, Macros, Tableau, Power BI or equivalent) • Good communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
