What the role is
What you will be working on
This includes:
Reviewing and analysing current standard operating procedures across the grant-making lifecycle, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies that could benefit from automation or AI-powered solutions.
Research on emerging digital tools/technology, and evaluate their potential for streamlining application processing, due diligence, and impact measurement.
Understand current pain points and gather requirements (e.g. engaging with users and stakeholders) for AI-enhanced workflows, ensuring proposed solutions align with operational needs.
Prototyping AI solutions for grant administration tasks such as eligibility screening, to cut down on time taken for grant officers to evaluate grant proposals.
Creating data visualisation dashboards or AI-powered insights tools to support strategic decision-making and stakeholder communications.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Business Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical, writing and data analytics/visualisation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Knowledge of programming languages and AI tools preferred.
