In this role, you will manage the end-to-end internship recruitment and engagement lifecycle. This includes planning of high-volume recruitment processes, coordination with stakeholders on recruitment operations, data reporting, improvement of processes and exploring new systems to ensure positive candidate experience.
The role also includes managing the internship programmes such as onboarding and offboarding of interns, intern development activities to ensure a positive learning experience for the interns and perform other duties when required.
You will also support in the planning and execution of engagement events to build talent pipelines for our young talent programmes (Internship, Technology Associate Programme and Smart Nation Scholarship).
