Assistant / Manager, Campus Engagement and Internship Programme

What the role is

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end internship recruitment and engagement lifecycle. This includes planning of high-volume recruitment processes, coordination with stakeholders on recruitment operations, data reporting, improvement of processes and exploring new systems to ensure positive candidate experience.

The role also includes managing the internship programmes such as onboarding and offboarding of interns, intern development activities to ensure a positive learning experience for the interns and perform other duties when required.

You will also support in the planning and execution of engagement events to build talent pipelines for our young talent programmes (Internship, Technology Associate Programme and Smart Nation Scholarship).

What you will be working on

Coordinate end-to-end of internship, which includes recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and case management of ad-hoc internship-related requests
Track, analyse and report on internship selection progression to stakeholders
Review recruitment and selection processes, explore recruitment tools and make recommendation on areas for improvement
Plan and execute internship engagement activities
Support team members in planning and executing engagement events such as masterclass or networking events, etc. 
Support other Young Talent recruitment work when needed
Other ad-hoc duties assigned

What we are looking for

Passionate about engaging students and see them develop interest in tech
Strong ownership of tasks, pro-active to complete tasks promptly
Analytical skills to prepare and present data
Meticulousness and ability to multitask and work within tight timelines
Able to forge strong relationship at all levels and influencing key stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Prior experience in recruitment is preferred.
