As an Executive/ Senior Executive, Digital Operations in the Special Educational Needs Division (SEND), you will be part of the team to help strengthen the support for students with special educational needs (SEN). You will report to the Centralised Data and Digital Office to provide administrative and operational support to the team.

What you will be working on
• Manage and address queries from schools and parents regarding digital applications and operational procedures in a timely manner, including troubleshooting basic technical issues and providing guidance on system usage
• Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing and Post Implementation Checks by executing test cases, documenting findings, and coordinating with development teams to address identified issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information through systematic data entry, validation, and management processes, including processing student and operational data, ensuring data integrity across multiple systems, and generating reports as required
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for common IT and operational processes, create user guides and training materials for schools, and establish knowledge databases for query resolution

What we are looking for
• Good customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and internal stakeholders through various channels including phone calls and email correspondence
• Good attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency across multiple systems, databases, and reporting platforms whilst maintaining data integrity
• Ability to provide comprehensive support services, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, macros)
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or other automation tools would be an advantage
