What the role is

As a Manager in the Professional Development Branch of the Academy of Singapore Teachers (AST), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the professional development of MOE officers.

What you will be working on

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop learning and well-being programmes for staff • Manage online platforms for professional development information and participation, including content management and user experience optimisation • Organise teacher awards, particularly managing publicity, nominations, selection processes; as well as supporting award ceremonies • Develop library programmes and user engagement strategies, and provide administrative oversight and budget management • Collect, analyse, and report professional development data to inform strategic decisions • Identify process improvements and implement best practices for professional development delivery

What we are looking for

• At least three years of working experience, preferably in areas related to professional development such as, programme management • Good analytical and data management skills, with good working knowledge of MS Excel, including proficiency in pivot tables and relevant statistical analysis features • Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent programmes effectively within stipulated timelines • Dynamic individual who is proactive, resourceful and able to work independently whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy • Strong team player with good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders including senior management and external partners As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
