As a Senior Manager/ Lead Manager, Operations & Capability Development in the Internal Audit Branch (IAB), you will support the branch’s operations and capability development and execute key administrative operations. These include managing finance and procurement functions and implementing professional development initiatives to enhance the audit capabilities of the IAB team.

What you will be working on
• Manage administrative operations, including finance and procurement processes for IAB, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely execution
• Update and maintain IAB's Standard Operating Procedures, guidelines and intranet portal to ensure operational effectiveness and accessible current information
• Coordinate training programmes and professional development activities aligned with Whole-of-Government competency frameworks to support the development of IAB officers’ skills and expertise
• Support capability development projects including digitalisation, process improvements and operational efficiency enhancements to strengthen IAB's effectiveness
What we are looking for
• Relevant training in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in Finance and/ or coordination of training and development activities
• Experience in government procurement processes, system administration (e.g. GeBIZ), and data management in the public sector would be an advantage
• An independent and resourceful team player with strong operational experience
