What the role is

You are part of a team responsible for the career planning of Pilots, Weapon Systems Officers (Fighter) and Navigators in the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) through deliberate and mindful succession planning and Route of Advancement (ROA) development.

What you will be working on

- Participate in posting discussions and make sound recommendations to ensure organisational requirements and individuals' ROA are met - Assess job fit based on operational and staff experience, considering officers' speed of progression and career development needs - Provide advice to Pilots on their Commercial Pilot Licence and Airline Transport Pilot Licence sponsorship applications - Conduct periodic reviews of posting orders to ensure smooth and efficient onboarding for officers - Support the management of Pilot Trainees throughout their development journey Challenge(s) - Balancing complex organisational requirements with individual career aspirations whilst ensuring optimal job fit based on operational and staff experience - Managing the intricate process of career planning that requires deep understanding of officers' progression speed and diverse stakeholder needs

What we are looking for

- Education in any discipline - At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource management is preferred - Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data - Results-oriented approach - Excellent interpersonal skills - Strong time management skills (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
