What you will be working on
- Consolidate analytical tasks and lead efforts in assesing potential threats
- Vet intelligence reports on threat assessments
- Ensure dissemination of relevant, timely and accurate assessments
- Develop methodologies and processes for intelligence operations and analytical workflows
- Design and implement investigation and analysis tools to enhance operational effectiveness
- Monitor regional and global developments to provide strategic insights
Challenge(s)
- Leading and managing a diverse team of analysts consisting of personnel from various demographics and backgrounds
- Staying abreast of rapidly evolving regional and global developments that may impact SAF operations and national security
What we are looking for
- Education in International Relations, Political Science, Strategic Studies or a related field
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, or strategic analysis with proven leadership experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of regional geopolitical landscape and security issues
